The hotel had a great location near attractions.
The check-in process was strange and frustrating. There was also no onsite management, causing confusion during our arrival. Worst of all, the neighborhood felt quite unsafe.

We liked this place, everything was fine. The room was modern and beautiful and having central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV in it was convenient. City view was a pleasant bonus. The local staff was very nice and helpful.

Charming Stay with Nice Moments!
During our two-night getaway, we enjoyed the luxurious feel of the Beautiful Room while sipping a morning espresso on the balcony. The staff was accommodating, we felt welcomed and relaxed. For future guests, be prepared for parking fees and pack your own water bottles.

Hilton bed & breakfast is situated close to the heart of the city. The room with jacuzzi was amazing. The owner was helpful, even offering breakfast every day and keeping our luggage after checkout. We felt well taken care of .

I loved the Beautiful Room with the jacuzzi. It felt so luxurious and relaxing. The owner were really good for us, offering breakfast daily and keeping our luggage safe after check-out. The daily cleaning was spot on. I did encounter a few issues. The bed sagged a bit, less comfortable. The advertised private parking ended up costing more than expected, and there was no free water provided, a bit disappointing. Despite these glitches, I would definitely come back next time I'm in Napoli.
